A trend for the Men

What’s new for the man in your life? A customized boutonnière of course. By Catherine Lash

Boutonniere from Muscari
There is nothing worse than a groom in a beautiful tuxedo or custom suit with a huge white rose on their lapel. I’ve seen it many times and it is one of my pet peeves! Not only does the oversized flower look out of place, it is usually falling apart by the end of the receiving line.
Lucky for us, and your grooms!, a trend is emerging: custom or pre-made boutonnières from companies like Muscari where designer are using feathers, ribbon and artificial flowers. For the more adventurous groom, check out Fritts Rosenow Bespoke Boutonnières; he has 12 different categories to choose from including outdoor club, sci-fi chic, joyride, and odds and ends — there’s definitely something for everyone.
So give your guy a break from the big white rose and let him walk down with a little personality on his lapel.
P.S. don’t forget your dads, I am sure they would love a wonderful keepsake from this very special day as well.
