A Wedding at The Prince of Wales

Greg and Stephanie married on April 8, 2011 at the Prince of Wales Hotel in Niagara-On-The-Lake. It was a natural choice of venue since Stephanie works as the head of wedding and event sales at Vintage Hotels — a company that owns and operates six venues, including the Price Of Wales Hotel.

The festivities began with a 7 p.m. ceremony. Then, as Greg and Stephanie had their photos taken, guests boarded a double-decker bus and headed to an evening tour of the nearby Peller Estates Winery. Upon their return, they were treated to a wine tasting and cocktail reception. It was beautiful wedding with a royal flare.

A Wedding In London (Ontario)

All week, as we lead up the much-anticipated royal wedding, we’ll be featuring weddings from Southern Ontario. (See if you can spot a common theme!)

On May 29, 2010, Ashley and Sean were married in London, Ontario, at St. Peters Cathedral Basilica, followed by a reception at the Old Court House. Photographer Heather MacEachern of HRM Photography took the couple on a tour of downtown London, stopping at a variety of different locations including a cafe/novelty store, the Prince Albert Diner and an alley filled with graffiti containing some familiar words.

The one thing Ashley and Sean would have changed about their wedding? “We wouldn’t have left the cake in the sun.” Oops.
