A Photographer On Date Night

Paul Darlington of Darlington Studios sent me these engagement photos he shot a few weeks ago with Joanna and Krishin. Paul followed the couple around on a lengthy date that began at Planet Organic Market, a favourite haunt of Joanne’s and ended with the couple dancing to music in their car late in the evening. The day also included a walk by the lake and drinks at a neighbourhood bar.

Of all the photos, I was most taken with the shopping ones. I love the black and white photo of Krishin gently kissing Joanne on the shoulder while paying for groceries.

I hope that everyone has experienced that overwhelming feeling of love you have for your partner, even when they’re doing something as ordinary as paying for groceries. It is truly a special feeling!
