The Wedding Co. Spring Show Highlights

Last Saturday, with the Drake Hotel, we hosted our 4th annual The Wedding Co. Spring Show.

From 10am-4pm, we welcomed newly engaged couples and the industry to meet 40 exceptionally talented and innovative wedding suppliers who showcased their designs and services.

The show had everything, from the electric bus to sweet snow cones, with planners giving away DIY garlands and fashion forward accessories – the brides swooned. There were emerald cakes, laser-cut place cards, and videos making mothers tear up.

Thank-you to everyone who attended, to the wonderful group of exhibitors, to TWC staff, and of course, to our loyal sponsors, the Drake Hotel and Event Rental Group.

Blush & Bloom
Meet Toronto florist Becky De Oliveira, owner and designer at Blush & Bloom, at The Co. Spring Show. Becky’s vintage inspired style lead her to these stunning wine-tipped ranunculus. Hopefully she will have a few on hand.

The anista designs team have a passion for paper and a passion for people. They love all the little details that go into making a wedding invitation as unique as are the couple they are designing for. Their designs are vintage inspired with a modern appeal. Stop by their booth and take a look.

Meet Bits & Blooms at The Wedding Co. Spring Show, April 27th at the Drake Hotel.

Bits & Blooms is a boutique-style event planning business, owned and operated by Asal and Nazanin, two very stylish women with backgrounds in architecture and psychology – all perfect qualities for building beautiful weddings.

Their services range from full planning to day-of coordination. They love to bring their distinctive style and exceptional planning skills to each event, large or small.

One of the passions of this duo is designing personalized and intricate ceremonial wedding spreads, known as the Sofreh-ye Aghd. They love to add a fresh modern approach to this important Persian tradition.
