Lisa Leonard has been designing jewellery since she was in high school. When Lisa and her husband started having children she wanted a job that would allow her to stay home. It was at that moment when Lisa Leonard Designs was born.
Lisa has designed many wedding related items but her most recent addition are her alphabet cake toppers you see below. Take your time finding the perfect word so you can put it on display after the wedding cake is shared.
Wedding planners we have a new name for you to add to your rolodex, Lisa Mavian, a Toronto calligrapher!
We have so many talented wedding suppliers in Toronto but could always use more calligraphers. When Lisa Mavian, of Post Calligraphy, showed us her work we wanted you to know about her.
Lisa is a graphic designer and self-taught calligrapher. For as long as she can remember she has always been attracted to letters, words, numbers and text. She describes her style as modern, based on classic forms.
Lisa has designed invitations, envelopes, table numbers, save the dates, gift tags, chalkboards, and is currently working on calligraphing a line of tea towels and napkins.
So if you’re looking for a fresh look to an old tradition, call Lisa.
