Form The Invitation To The Sweet Table

Paper & Poste had a lovely one-year anniversary party this week and I just had to share with you their sweet table.

Heather, Beckee and Lexi the creative team behind Paper & Poste chose invitations they had designed for couples over the past year and asked the chefs at Marigolds and Onions to create sweets based on the designs.

The little cake in the second photo here was my favourite, the talent at Marigolds and Onions took the graphics from the map in the invitation and recreated it on the cake, stunning!

It has unintentionally become “video week” here at The Wedding Co. For the past couple of days we’ve posted videos produced by Martha Stewart Weddings and BHLDN – and today we’re featuring local business Kid Icarus. I love how so many businesses, big and small, are using this medium to bring their companies to life!

Here’s an introduction to Bianca and Mike, the creative team at Kid Icarus. It was produced and shot by Stillmotion – another amazing Toronto-based company.
