Kensington Market Engagement Session
Now your engaged it’s time to plan your engagement session. Here’s one example of a great location photographed by Anastasia of Olive Photography.
Alicia & Cliff chose Kensington Market for their engagement session because they loved the quirky & different atmosphere, and because they wanted their engagement photos to feel different and fun. Alicia also remembered that she enjoyed visiting the area, and since they live outside the city they felt the vibrant neighbourhood would make for a nice date together.
From the Couple:
How did you meet?
Cliff and I met online, but we’ve been trying to come up with a sweet cover story for as long as we’ve been together.
What is your proposal story?
After being together for about 5 years I finally got fed up, told him I didn’t need a ring – I’d really rather have a nice camera. One night Cliff came home and he was pumped. He told me not to get mad (because he had found it “on sale”) and then went into the back room and came back with a box in hand. Inside was my Canon Rebel 5. We had been planning a trip to Newfoundland to visit family that July, and he wanted to make sure I had it in lots of time to practice. Still feeling pressure to have a ring on that finger, Cliff officially proposed Christmas day that same year with a raw diamond ring set on a beautiful hand crafted white gold band.
