LPK’s is celebrating its 1st anniversary at 718 Queen Street East with an open house

While the business has provided clients with custom and sustainable cakes and sweets for over 10 years, LPK’s Culinary Groove took production to the next level last year and opened a retail location in Leslieville. This Saturday, they’re marking the end of a first year in business with an open house celebration from 11-7.

LPK’s was recently awarded Best Professionally Crafted Vegan Dessert {Nanaimo Bar}, and Best Use of Local Ingredients from the Toronto Vegetarian Association’s Totally Fabulous Vegan Bake-off. Earlier this year the little shop created quite the ripple on the international food scene when Ruth Riechl, Editor in Chief of Gourmet Magazine tweeted about LPK’s Spicy Chèvre Noir Shortbread Cookies.
