Wedding Dresses And Trends We Love!

The Third Dimension

A strong theme at the spring 2011 bridal collections in New York  last October were 3d embellishments added to many different styles of dress. I love how these this makes the gown look full not only with fabric but with detail.

Designers: Rivini, Vera Wang, Priscilla of Boston, Kenneth Pool

The A-line

The A-Line dress is one of the most enduring and flattering styles. You can go strapless or add a little cap sleeves for a beautifully finished look.

Designers: Ines Di Santo, Priscilla of Boston, Monique Lhuillier, Amsale

Add A Little Sparkle

It’s always exciting to see how designers use beading to embellish their gowns. I love what we are seeing for 2011 and how a little sparkle can be added to any style.

Designers: Jenny Packham, Monique Lhuillier, Ines di Santo, Platinum by Priscilla of Boston

The Short Dress

I have never seen so many short wedding dresses on the runway than I did for 2011. There are so many beautiful styles and looks — plenty to choose from for those who want something a bit different.
