What inspired you to start your business?
Sebastien Centner, Director of Eatertainment, created Events & Catering as a division of Eatertainment Hospitality, which his father Stephen Centner owned at the time. Eatertainment Hospitality was a restaurant group that operated The Bloor Street Diner & The One Eighty (currently open).
What do you love about weddings?
Because weddings are so personalized, it makes it fun & exciting to customize a menu for a couple ... maybe it's their favourite dessert, a meal they experienced on their first date ... whatever the case, for us it's not about pushing the standard dishes but really create a menu they love and reflects them.
How would you describe your style?
Elegant yet fun, beautiful yet approachable.
What sets you apart from everyone else?
Yes we have outstanding food but what really sets us apart is event experience. Eatertainment has executed elaborate events not only in Toronto but the United States, South Africa, & Turkey for high profile clients. Having faced those challenging situations, our team is competent & capable of handling anything thrown our way. Oh and did we mention, we also act as your wedding planner? Booking staff, rentals, florals, entertainment and your Wedding Co-ordinator for the Big Day schedule.
